Terms of Service

1. Protocol Agreement & Licensing

By initializing the ACRAK protocol, you acquire a non-transferable, perpetual license for a single neuro-visual Master File. This license grants you personal use on your mobile devices. It does not grant rights to redistribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit the generated geometric frequency or our proprietary translation algorithm.

2. Digital Asset Delivery

Upon successful biometric processing and cryptographic payment validation, the uncompressed 4K Master File is immediately deployed to your active session. Due to our zero-retention privacy protocols, the ACRAK Initiative does not store a backup of your generated image. You are fully responsible for securely downloading and storing the asset upon generation.

3. Transaction Finality

All protocol unlock transactions are absolute and final. Because the ACRAK algorithm utilizes your exact biometric variables to generate a bespoke, deterministic visual anchor, the resulting file cannot be reused or reassigned. Consequently, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the cryptographic seed has been processed.

4. User Application & Responsibility

The ACRAK Initiative provides the neuro-visual tool. The user assumes full, unequivocal responsibility for the integration, application, and daily utilization of the visual anchor. We provide the calculated frequency; however, results depend entirely on individual neural plasticity, focus, and consistent protocol adherence.
